What is the Process of Custom Designing a Web Site?

When you get in touch with Doxia Web Design, we want to make sure your experience is a positive one. It begins with a "brainstorming session" where we take the time to talk with you about your desires for a web site.  Together we discuss what you want your website to accomplish and how it should look and "feel".

After our initial meeting, we then go to the "drawing board" and begin to custom design a demo of your site, free of charge.  The purpose of this demo is to enable you to visibly see and interact with what we feel to be a custom designed web site that best reflects all that we discussed, and is a good representation of you and your product/service. Once the demo is completed, we email you a link to the demo along with a proposal outlining the details of the site (per our discussion) and the cost for a completed custom designed website.

Should you like what you see in the demo and find the proposal to be satisfactory, we send you a contract.  Upon signature of the contract and a 50% deposit, we begin the design process.  During the design of the site, you have access to our Members Only section where you can see how the design is progressing 24/7.

Finally, once the web site has been completed to your satisfaction and we receive the final "go ahead" from you, we upload your new site to your host server and invoice you for the balance.
